First, fill out the return-exchange form that comes out of the box.

If you do not have a form, on a blank sheet of paper;

Order number, name-surname, write your information.

Don't forget to add which product you want to exchange with.

Then, you can go to YURTİÇİ cargo and give our 3XXXXXXXX contracted code to the officer and send your cargo to us with our discounted price.

RETURN PROCEDURE

*You have 15 days to return.

*There are no exchanges or returns on used products.

*There are no exchanges or refunds on outlet products.

*The shipping cost belongs to our customer when sending a return.

For a return, you must first fill out the return-exchange form that comes out of the box.

Then you can go to YURTİÇİ Cargo and give our contracted code 3XXXXXXX to the officer and send your cargo to us at a discounted price.

If you do not have a return-exchange form;

Write your order number, name and surname information and your IBAN information completely on a blank sheet of paper and send it to us with our DOMESTIC agreement code that I mentioned above.
